Shipping policy

We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS.  Orders using our free shipping option are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days with a 6-9 business day delivery window.

Any order over $35.00 (after discounts and promotions have been applied) shipping within the contiguous US will receive free standard shipping.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, there are expedited shipping options that will result in increased shipping costs that will be applied at checkout.

Please note: The shipping time noted provides an estimated shipping time once the package has left our warehouse. We are unable to account for weather or other unforeseen shipping issues. 

Our warehouse is open and ships Monday through Friday, normal business hours.  Orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday through Sunday will be processed Monday – Wednesday of the following week.

Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FFA) safety restrictions, the following items that contain regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2-Day, Standard Overnight): Fairy Tales Hand Sanitizer, 3.3 oz. and Rosemary Repel Hair Spray, 8 oz.
